1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Bettarrent grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

• Company Intellectual Property All content and materials provided through the Bettarrent platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Bettarrent or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
• User Intellectual Property: Users retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content they upload or otherwise provide through the Services ("User Content"). By posting or sharing User Content on the platform, users grant Bettarrent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with providing the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Infringement

• Reporting Infringement: If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by a user of the Bettarrent platform, please notify us immediately by contacting our support team at support@bettarrent.com. Your notice should include:
  - Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed.
  - Identification of the infringing material and its location on the platform.
  - Sufficient information to enable us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  - A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed.
• Action Taken: Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, Bettarrent may take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the infringing material, terminating the accounts of repeat infringers, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities as necessary.

3. Counter-Notification

• If you believe that your User Content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our support team at support@bettarrent.com. Your counter-notification should include:
  - Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on the platform.
  - A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  - Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  - A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Bettarrent may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

4. Changes to This Policy

• Bettarrent reserves the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
